Donations from donors have to be capped at $2200, or whatever, but this was the reverse, the campaign paying out, not accepting money campaigns have massive expenditures, staffing, travel, data oppo research, food, payroll, tour buses, this was categorized as a campaign payout, like consulting or legal work, when it was in fact a pay off to keep quiet.Nope. They are categorizing the 130k as a payment to the Trump campaign when campaigns by law can only accept $2200 without it being disclosed and recorded. So in that context, it's definitely a crime. Apparently once you tie that down, then there are other crimes underneath it that can be prosecuted as well.
