i was wondering why those unpaid co-pays hadn't effected my 800 credit score!
i told them mfers i wanted to self-pay and that i didn't have insurance, but they went and found it and billed it anyway. that's what they get for being greedy :umad:

thanks Joe!

Why did he wait until a week before leaving office to do this knowing it would get overturned immediately?

Because he knows the dipshyts that actually follow him think everything is a game and will count this in the win column when trying to convince people to vote Democrat in 4 years.
man im usually pro-Joe but youre right on the money here

did you see him give Soros that medal? hes just fukking with those people at this point :pachaha:

Because he's a conman just like Trump he just cares about his public image and has been playing this game longer than any of us have been alive so he's a Grand Master.

You guys gotta educate yourselves on how your government and the rule-making process works. This change was announced back in early 2023. It's not some last-minute stunt. Federal agencies have to go through a formal process to create or change such rules. It's not something they can just flip a switch to get done. You have to draft the rule, publish the rule for public comment, review and address the feedback on it, and make sure it's strengthened to stand up to legal challenges. Tackling all of this takes time, especially when you're dealing with strong lobbying and opposition from people/industries who profit from things remaining the same.

Further, this administration has worked on other medical debt relief measures in the meantime.

You’re not wrong but this should’ve been done as soon as he got in office. I know that there are only so many things you can focus on but his other agencies have been aggressive. This one could’ve been aggressive on this issue too.

The Deep State
Republicans ain't gonna like this. They will do whatever they can to strike this down.

That settles it. I am paying zero medical bills. :ohlawd:

Wait what :heh:

Mashallah :ohlawd:

Who are the dipshyts that oppose such relief?

Whose profiting? The people can’t get loans and if they do it’s at high rates (so lenders profit if ppl pay). It’s not like the hospitals get anything.

It would suck if hospitals do pursue ppl’s assets like @Traveler said. I don’t know if hospitals have the resources to go through that process though.

If it stays Republicans will get credit for it. When the Republicans overturn it because that is what they do. They won't get blamed for it. Cycle repeats over and over and over again.

Another Biden admin gift mofos will not appreciate. Best of luck eating under Trump. CFPB is gonna get neutered shortly.
