Every gun I use with a scope moves slow as hell now

change the sensitivity in the settings. First time I tried a sniper I had the same problem.
But I've been playing plenty since the release and have been fine. Is that something to do with the patch?

Probably. Today was the first day I ever picked up the sniper, then i had to change it in the settings. Don't know if it's always been like that.
