How does he lose?

Same reason that he continuously inserts himself into any and every storyline that could be greatness on its own( summer of Punk, Bryan's rise, etc.) almost 5 years after he halfway retired. He has a huge ego (just like all wrestlers seemingly do) that is based off of wins/losses and the perception of his legacy that he will leave in this fake sport we love.

I'm happy that Based Punk put Vince and Triple H on blast. How could anyone come away from that interview and still label Punk a quitter or a whiner? Why? The interview comes out right after Triple H is taken off television along with a throwaway RAW.

I don't doubt CM Punk is telling the truth and is frustrated but I still feel like some of this is leverage. Clearly he has the fans on his side and the support for him at the live shows will probably be back. Plus it's not like they have a must see main event draw for WrestleMania.

If they offered him creative control, the WrestleMania main event, and a gigantic paycheck, I still think he'd do it.

Misdiagnoses. I'd rather have a big ass medical bill and get the proper treatment than to have somebody just throwing pills at me and not knowing what I have (or CARING to treat it properly).
