Ultimately, this is a difficult discussion to have without actual numbers to compare. Like I said, comparing anyone, male or female, on the roster to the highest earners isn't quite fair because Cena, Lesnar, Orton, etc. are likely making way more than anyone.

We need to be able to compare the women to men further down the card, but we don't have concrete figures for either. Say "the women don't draw" all you like, but you know damn well Sasha Banks, Charlotte, and Alexa Bliss are bigger draws than someone like Baron Corbin or Jason Jordan. Even down in NXT, I'm sure Ember Moon is putting more asses in seats than Lars Sullivan. If their pay doesn't reflect that, that's a problem.

Again, not saying it's the absolute truth but you gotta figure if those two are paid like that the rest of the women really ain't making much, comparatively speaking

If Ziggler has said he’s had years making 1.5 mil not being in a featured role in many years, and Rollins bringing in a million in his first year with the shield, then the top woman deserve a big boost. Wrestling is one one the only places were a pay gap makes sense. Women arnt moving as many tickets or have the same long term selling power as the men. plus there are pay gaps all over the company. I remember when I saw the pay gap between john cena and jtg. Didn't even look like they were in the same profession Cena was making like 2 mil a year jtg was making 75k
