Where I'm from that list is only kinda right. There are some places you don't want to go in Northeast or Southeast if you don't really know anyone but other places are fine. White folk stroll through them all the time and you most certainly wouldn't look out of place.

Especially during soccer season. Even the places you don't want to go have people living there that might look like you.
