You could find many nice home past Marietta in the cities of Kennesaw and Acworth for cheap price. I love the area, because it's peaceful and have many amenities.

They neck and neck. They both have strengths in different areas tho. Women in DC have a little more style but they not built as well as the women in ATL. DC women more career driven, ATL women more about sack chasing but there are more hustler chick's in ATL. DC got more East Africans but ATL got more Brazilians and Haitians. Again they both even but they excel in different areas. I think DC and ATL both have the best looking Black women by far tho

Both cities have seen their quality women popl decrease but Atlanta is better by a mile but as someone mentioned, good looking chicks in Atlanta are on ALL the ballers radar like DC but with so many out here, if you not a ten and your booty don't stand out, you might not eat. So much competition in Atlanta.

I had an internship at City Hall East back in 07 before I went off to college, and it was still somewhat hood, when they tore done Grady Homes it was a wrap. I`m not mad they are cleaning up the city, I just hate Blacks arent taking advantage. Kasim be trying to put blacks on with programs like Invest Atlanta and its Gay folks and white out of towners buying up the city dirt cheap, cant be mad at them, cause Kasim cant just say "Yall n*ggas need to buy these homes! "

I might have to look into that when I come back home.

Yeah then you gonna have a hard time finding that in the A. These Atlanta broads about being out and being seen, they not into that whole stay home and cook shyt like most southern girls are. If you in the A running in the streets then it's a good chance your girl is too. If you think you can get a cute broad here and just carve out your little nook and have her play the domestic role you'll be upset. If your woman cute then nikkas will be at her everytime she leaves the house. That shyt really is a meat market down there bruh and it's not for the jealous nikka at all. Back when I was home and single if I met even a halfway cute broad I would expect her to have some rappers, athlete's or other random rich nikka on her resume. It's just how it goes there

Didn't say that. What I meant was that alot of dudes move down here trying to be someone else and false claim an area when dudes from Atlanta will quiz a nikka about his hood cuz we know that alot of folks move here and try and re-invent themselves.

Anybody can move there and make moves the right way and be cool. That's the beauty of Atlanta. It's not a territorial city. Don't matter where you from or who you are. The only way you will get caught up is if you get slick or try to knock someone else's cash flow. If you from any random city and move to the A and do business the right way you good. Come down trying to sell dummy bricks or run a scam thinking nikkas not about they money and you'll end up in a trunk somewhere.
