As a native Chicagoan that lived in the DMV for a year and had a chance to visit ATL a few times let me just say that y'all nikkas got it good. Best believe once I finish up this Master's I'mma be somewhere in DC or Atlanta 
Yeah your auntie gave you some bad info. For Atlanta to be in the south it has some of the slickest up on game broads in the country. These Atlanta hoes will take you for your check if you let them. And if you don't have a check they will make you feel like shyt. Like I said this ain't the city for jealous nikkas. ? i actually was thinking when i get out of the military( going to join hopefully) id build a house in Atlanta and spend the rest of my life there. cost of living is pretty cheap and id have a good career by then. how well do single nikkas with decent bread

Honestly, many of the women are bold and really don't care whether a man is married, dating, etc. They are beautiful too. It could be a trap for even the most upstanding men.
One thing they are trying to push in ATL is urban farming, since many of the hoods lack access to real good (just junk fast food) they city has been pushing for urban farms to be developed, the thing is is White folks are capitalizing on this and giving old burnt out people and homeless cats chump change to do the dirty work for them while they are seen as "job creators" and heros, then they go and turn around and try to resell it to folks at crazy mark ups. With the farm stuff I`m researching mainly because the land isn't that expensive, its just getting good land and equipment and such.

Only thing I didn't like was the "keep up with the Jones" lifestyle. Shyt like nikkas pushing a Escalade...putting $2 gas in it. Also...I'm used to crushing hoes the first or second meeting. In the A...that's not as prevalent from my experience. Hoes want you to date them.
It's a very busy city...everyone has or trying to get something going on. Going to school or something. There's a much smaller population of black people just sitting round doing nothing.
I lived in College Park back in the early 2000's. Shout out to Godby and Old Nat! Had to get them Florida tags off your car back then.

Oh and peace to them gas stoves which had me scared as fukk at first...

So if a nikka from NY or whatever just minded his own business and made his money legitimately, and he said Newburgh, he still a "square?" More grimey nikkas form up north are from the isolated areas since they were victims of gentrification in NYC.
