They neck and neck. They both have strengths in different areas tho. Women in DC have a little more style but they not built as well as the women in ATL. DC women more career driven, ATL women more about sack chasing but there are more hustler chick's in ATL. DC got more East Africans but ATL got more Brazilians and Haitians. Again they both even but they excel in different areas. I think DC and ATL both have the best looking Black women by far tho

I live in the bluff, parts of the movie were filmed in my street, lol I was at the Vine City post office and seen white folks jogging and stuff. The Crime in the Bluff is gone now, its just burnt out old people and a few corner boys, and they will be easy to get out of there once the stadium is done.

You already know. That shyt too close to downtown town and midtown. Then white folks love those old type neighborhoods with houses right next to each other and grid streets. Ain't too many areas in the A like that so you already know the Bluff is prime real estate. They already buying hella shyt south of Simpson and they slowly creeping down Hollywood Rd to the top part of Bankhead too. They won't go west of HE Holmes or south of MLK with that shyt tho. West of Holmes is Collier Heights. nikkas over there hood but they got money and they own they shyt. Same with south of MLK getting into Peyton Forest and that northern tip of Cascade. Those folks will never let Cacs move in. The westside won't gentrify as much as the Eastside did.

West End is beginning, English Ave will be the last. The thing is every intown hood is close to the Belt Line and all of the interior developments so every hood will be gentrified its just a matter of how far along it is. I`m less than 3 min from Tech Square where tons of jobs are popping up at, lol you think they aren't going to build a ton of condos in Vine City? Heck They already did the whole "West Midtown" thing, and I heard they want to call the new redeveloped Vine City and English Ave "West Down Town", the only reason I dont see the West Side ending up totally black like the Eastside is because there are way more black businesses there and the AUC is there, because even on the Eastside Black business owners and home owners refused to sell the only ones they got out of there were people renting, and old people on fixed income who couldn't handle the jump in property taxes.

What about people with communication media arts degrees? Plus I have a father in the A who wants to help me with recording/filming. So I sorta have the connection. Been to the A a lot.
