I think its just becoming more of an international city, more hispanics and other races than white people moving back

I had an internship at City Hall East back in 07 before I went off to college, and it was still somewhat hood, when they tore done Grady Homes it was a wrap. I`m not mad they are cleaning up the city, I just hate Blacks arent taking advantage. Kasim be trying to put blacks on with programs like Invest Atlanta and its Gay folks and white out of towners buying up the city dirt cheap, cant be mad at them, cause Kasim cant just say "Yall n*ggas need to buy these homes!

Wiki isn't a good source cuz it don't tell the whole story. Atlanta is weird bruh, it's really a region of counties. The city of Atlanta is small as fukk, it's only like 500K in the city limits but when people talking about the A they mean the whole metro. Not just the city. White folks is moving into the city itself but all the Black folks is doing is just moving out to the counties. If anything the metro area Black population is rising. Dekalb County which is considered the Eastside is whole separate city and county than Atlanta but it's still considered apart of Atlanta. Same with Cobb, Gwinnett, Fulton and Clayton.
Atlanta's cheap and the barrier of entry ain't crazy but it's not cheap. I would say this, if you don't have the great resume(experience) or you aren't in a demanding field you can be SOL here more than anywhere else as an educated Blk person. Always be ahead of the curve. Atlanta is a place I would look into entrepreneurship without question.

That's wild. I had an internship down there at Parks & Rec. back in the day. I used to go down to the old Sears loading dock and smoke a blunt on my break. You must have been in the Next Step Program?

Atlanta has the most beautiful, winding countryside roads. Just a beautiful fukking city. So lush, so pure, SO fukkING BLACK.
It has more to do with the black population "expanding" into the suburbs. But I dont think its decreasing.
