Dre was a good example but I think you are misunderstanding my point.
I didn't mean he should chill and not work anymore, what I was saying is that obviously 50 got mad capital. He can just invest, start new ventures or buy some shxty soda company nobody ever heard of make it pop and sell it AGAIN. What I don't understand is why he's still trying to chase a music career that is way past due.
Now back to Dre, dude hasn't put out an album since 1999, but nikkas still know who he is, why? Cuz his "legend" stayed with him, Dre didn't flop 10 singles in a row, didn't try to force new music out (even though it's beyond "delayed") but still he played the financial game right and now he's the owner of prolly the most profitable headphones brand and recently invested millions in a University a few miles from where he grew up.
That's what I would expect from 50 now, not singles with everybody from Alicia Keyes, to Adam Levine and Kendrick..
