fun fact of the night: Pistons outscored GSW 79-78 in the final 3 quarters of the game.
I know they got waxed, but it was good to see Smith Hey benched and or young newer guys getting some extended clock. Datome got a chance to show his shooting, and he got a nice feel for the game too. And KCP should be paying over fukking Singler. Last night just reinforced it. Mitchell needs to get tick too. He's that perfect energy big off the bench for d, rebounding, and garbage man hustle. Hopefully this is a sign that Cheeks ain't gonna just let any kind of bullshyt ride, cause that's the way I was feeling about him.

Josh smith was told he was the man when he signed here. Him and Jennings jacking up jumpers is not what's hot. We need a pg that's gonna get the bigs the rock.

If Joe D didn't give BJ and Smoove that contract, they would have 24+ mil in cap space. :wow:

2014 - 2015 Pistons
PG: Lotto pick or someone traded for(Rondo)
SG: KCP
SF: Melo
PF: Monroe
C: Drummond

That team would be something else. :banderas:
Hopefully Joe D doesn't blow the cap space next year. Rondo will be a FA in 2015, he could really make them a great team if that Smith/Monroe/Drum frontcourt pans out.

He basically had to spend that Money, Just like there are penalties for being over the cap, there are some for being too far under. And I agree Melo would be a much bettter fit than Smith.

The only positive I give Bj right now is that he is better than Knight... I hope Chauncey/Cheeks can reel him in.

It's only been a few games and yet dudes is already turning on Smith and Jennings :umad:
I agree to an extent. Jennings and Smith are who they are. I think they are being used the wrong way. They also need to be distributes. I aint mad at their volume. just mad at the shot selection.

They aren't mutually exclusive. You can't have one without the other. The only way they'll be somewhat effective - is in small doses, a la they have to be your complimentary pieces. Problem is you can't use them any other way because the way your team is designed and the percentage of the cap spent - they'll always be your #1/#2 guys by default (for the immediate future).

Somebody needs to off Dumars.

Stuckey, Bynum, Jerebko, Monroe, and Smith. What a horrible fukking lineup Cheeks. Just pack in the paint and watch the bricks fly.
