Joe Benigno was on point yesterday, the Mets been trash for 20 years against the Yanks. The team could be having a good run, the subway series comes up and the Mets crumble. shyt has been frustrating as a Met fan. Going with Evan's numbers, including the WS and last night's L this team is 47-70 against the Yanks in 20 years.

I wasn't a fan of the grandy signing but damn if he didn't make me eat crow, one of the better mets FA signings. I would love to see him back with the organization one day, class act across the board. That said I'm torn, I hate the Dodgers because if they never moved the mets wouldn't exist and I would be a lot happier but I wanna see grandy get another ring
