why do you guys come up with these solutions and disregard that there's a process. How are you going to get the materials for the raft? You don't think you'll get bitten whilst doing this? You also have to carry the raft to the water. How are you going to do that and fend off snakes?

In both pictures there are clearly boats already there, I would just cut a deal with the one of the owners to let me use one for the week. All i would ave to do is make sure the boat is docked on shore and touching the sand.
Or I would just use the boat i came in on.

that's not snake island. the real snake island is basically a rock in the middle of the ocean. no beaches or boats on the shore.

I me and my girl would drag the boat to the middle of the island and lock ourselves in, in shifts so one could keep guard while the other slept.
