The worst part is that it was an injury where he couldn't continue to work on his shot eitherThat's why him getting hurt killed me. He was actually starting to improve.

Player development is the key. Most of these mediocre guys we have are young. We can develop some all-stars that will attract a ring hungry superstar in the future. Nothing is set in stone. It took us 5yrs to restore the feeling after miami won in 2006.So we did cap out on mediocrity 'til the 2020s.
Oh well, go Heat
Like I keep saying. Sky is the limit once Justise polishes his footwork.

Nah, that jumper still suspect even if you gave him Kobe-level footwork. I don't even think he needs an insane jumper or the ability to create one on one like Dion. He just needs to have like two or three spots on the court that he has to be respected on in spot up situations.
We already seen flashes that he can hit a midrange, in rhythm, off of defenders trying to go under screens.
Eh, that's true but we're in awkward spot for player development. TJ's contract is pretty damn crazy. I don't think brehs realize that he's gonna be making almost 20 million next year. Kids contract makes me nervous especially with the cap not rising like we all thought.
His increase alone is more than McRoberts, Ellington, Okaro, Richardson, and McGruder COMBINED salary this year. We're not even have money for reclamation projects or veteran presence. It's gonna cost us a lot of our depth and we don't have a stockpile of cheap draft contracts.
