No matter what happens, if we succeed with plan A or go the route of plan B there's a good chance we can add another waiters/jj esque reclamation project for cheap. shyt get Rose in here for the exception

Only if we find a deal to rid ourselves of TYler Johnson. No point of having a high price log jam at PG

“I’m going to be honest with you—after that whole OKC thing, with the contract and all, it felt like my back was against the wall,” he says, referring to last offseason. The Thunder kept Waiters in limbo while Kevin Durant pondered his future. Once KD bolted, Waiters was no longer in the franchise’s long-term plans, despite the team previously hinting that he was. “It felt like they played with my life and with my family. I had offers—stuff you can’t pass up—and for them to hold out that long? It’s messed up.”

Dude can still score and is athletic, the Heat can possibly turn him into a beast sixth man. I can totally see Rose coming here and developing a solid jumper.
my nikka what?

Why do people keep thinking we can change these VETERANS? Rose is not some young player that was in a bad situation.Derrick Rose is who he always been man. A chronically injured, low bbiq score first point guard who relies on his athleticism which is dwindling by the second. Playing in a Heat jersey isn't going to change that and I'd much rather play and pay TJ or J-rich over him.

Okc withdrew his qualifying offer in the middle of July, basically leaving him for dead. Not the same scenario this year
