Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
So if we get him then one of Johnson or waiters gone correct

I think you can afford them all, Dion's caphold isn't that much, just ask him to hold off on signing until you lock up Green.

I like Green but what makes him a better project then someone like Christian Wood, Patrick Patterson, or the like?

He's proven, Wood isn't and he's better than Patterson.

9ppg/7rpg 38% from three in only 27mpg.

True, Wood is much younger and can probably be gotten for MUCH cheaper though.

If we go the route of re-signing all of our guys and aren't able to land a Griffin (dont want) or a Haywood (wouldn't mind depending on the price), I think a name we'll revisit is Rudy Gay who just opted out of his deal. May not be the sexiest name on paper but he's quietly been a 18-20 ppg scorer pretty much every year outside of his rookie season. Would be a good addition at the stretch 4 imo, especially if JJ gets an offer he cant refuse.

It seems like we've been attached to rudy gay talks forever and maybe the revitilization of waiters and JJ will convince him to take a cap friendly riley deal. Only after we resign our boys. Maybe sign and trade them babbit and mcbob for his bird rights or is that not it works in this cba?

After an Achilles tear? He's not exactly a young player anymore either.
Averaged almost 19 ppg before the injury and has been a consistent 18+ per game scorer dating back to the 2008. This organization has earned the benefit of the doubt with whoever they bring in this summer

Oh I'm aware he could put the ball in the hoop at a high volume. It's more the injury. That's a tough one to come back from. Hopefully he's progressing well.

Nobody outside of Wilkins has ever really recovered from a complete achilles tear. In recent history, Kobe, Wes Mathews & Brandon Jennings have all been fukking dog shyt after that injury. Kobe and Wes in particular lost any lift they had prior. A player like Rudy who's game still depends on his elite athleticism? No thanks :hhh:
