I tip cuz I been there before, in that job. I know that theres more to the job and its hell.

But I was also smart, I did take out in the bar area and coerced me manager to letting me flip tables on the side.

So I made hourly wage +tips.

But not tipping is not gonna make the restaurant start paying more. IF anything, you'll just get bad service, the worst food possible, and food thats been tampered with the next time you go back.

Servers remember bad tippers trust.
