i actually ate everything i do now when i didn't diet. Only issue was, i added too many calories to that stuff.
my eggs had cheese and i made em with butter, my oatmeal had honey, my shakes i made with milk, my chicken i used 2-3 tbsp of oil (twice a day), and i used salt a lot.
