i actually ate everything i do now when i didn't diet. Only issue was, i added too many calories to that stuff.

my eggs had cheese and i made em with butter, my oatmeal had honey, my shakes i made with milk, my chicken i used 2-3 tbsp of oil (twice a day), and i used salt a lot.

Asparagus is fine until you have to take a piss. I remember I started dating this new girl right around the time I started to eat asparagus and I thought I caught a STD until someone told me that it's the asparagus that's making my pee smell bad.

Every time I eat asparagus and take a piss I think I have the clap till about 10 seconds later I realize... Ooooh, that's just asparagus.

What are the benefits?
2 Tablespoons, with no less than 20 oz of waters

1-2 a day, less now since its cold

I'm not sure how much the benefits are worth, different studies say different things. I cramp easily and it seems to help there.
