God yes I don't know who I become after I smoke its like another person takes over. I remember one time in June I had the worst munchies ever and ordered like tres leche, flan and 6 greasy ass tacos from this authentic Mexican place so you know them shyts was thick. I was alternating between dessert and tacos. I gorged so much I threw up all over the place in the middle of eating my last taco and I haven't had one since.

Had to call out of work the next day to detox that's how bad it was.

Lettuce from a restaraunt doesn't.

Iceberg, romaine, does not. Kale and Greenleaf and to a lesser extent bibb are high in iron and fiber.

Kale and Greenleaf are classified as actually protein spinach leafy greens.

Lettuce like you said just plain lettuce has not one ounce of nutritional value.
It literally is a placebo to a vitamin.
