Talked to my guy briefly and he said that it's not HBO blocking the fight now. It's Bob Arum hiding behind HBO. He wants HBO to get a high percentage of the PPV sales, while TR has 0 to do with HBO. He said Bob basically knows Manny and his people agree to the terms he didn't want them to agree on and now that he sees he's losing the money che thought he was gonna scheme, he's telling HBO that Sho/FLoyd has too much control and that they should get at least 40% of all PPV sales. That's why Bob was out there telling peoiple he's stepping aside to make the fight happen. He's basically the one telling HBO that they should have their own broadcast. He still believes the fight gets made because Arum has the contract that Manny already signed. He said before Pac agreeing, Arum thought it was a co-promotion with Haymon but he feels that Haymon/Sho did not even mention TR or talk to him at all. So, that's Arum's last hoorah to get a few bucks.




About Wilder, he said Wilder didn't come in 100. He was hurt during camp. Also added that Wilder wanna fight all the top dogs and wanna headline a PPV this year

About Cotto, he said Cotto is going through some personal issues and Canelo knows that. I didn't wanna ask him if his wife found out he was on the low or something

He also mentionned that Haymon is trying to make boxing a popular sport again and draw interests from everybody. He wants to set up big fights but the plan is to have fights out there like the UFC doing it.

He also added Schaffer wanted Haymon to get Ward but Jay got to him first. He said Ward should have not signed with Jay because it's not a good financial decision. Less fights and less exposure with less money.


He's gonna put a show with Tarver again in Fort Lauderdale if Tarver can stay sober

He said he met Broner and dude is actually smart and not as stupid as he plays in the media
