I can see both sides of this argument.
I love watching Floyd fight just because of his pure excellence in regards to skill, but at the same time I don't really anticipate his fights that much because I never have any doubt that he's going to win.
At this point it's like watching the Miami Heat play. I watched every one of those games against the Bucks because I love watching excellent basketball played, but the outcome of the games was never in doubt.
Any sane person would rather see a back-and-forth fight between two elite fighters where you have no idea who will win, just like you want to see two elite basketball teams play to the buzzer, but sometimes that simply isn't possible because someone is so incredible at their craft, so you just have to appreciate what you get.
But just like that's not LeBron and the Heat's fault, it's not Mayweather's fault that his opponents aren't on his level.
Edit: And, honestly, I don't see how people are complaining about this shyt NOW. Floyd has had 44 fights, he's been a megastar for at least six years, and has been a top focal point of even casual boxing fans for over a decade. You know what you're going to get from him. And these last few fights he's given us more action than we're used to from him.
