Yeah, Jalen's not the guy. He doesn't NEED to be replaced this offseason, but we can't give him an extension when the time comes.
This is more or less where I was coming into this game. Nothing has really changed for me.

It’s not all on Jalen Hurts, very little of the offense in general worked today. And I still do think Hurts has made some progress this year, enough to earn himself the 2022 starting role if no better option comes along. But I just don’t think he’ll ever be the long-term answer, and this game is exactly why.

i’m rooting for jalen and want to see him here long term but he 100% HAS to take a step up in 2022. you can look at that playcalling today and tell that sirianni didn’t let it loose due to jalen’s limitations in the passing game. he made some strides with throwing with anticipation here and there but he has a LONG way to go on that end still. receivers get open on their breaks but jalen has to see them completely open before letting it loose. there will be talk of QB trades in the offseason most likely but i rather ride it out for one more year and keep our draft picks. if jalen is more or less the same player in 2022 ala carson wentz then we need to look elsewhere for the future franchise QB of philly.

Trade Hurts, Fletcher, and Miles this offseason

I offer Houston Hurts, Miles, a FRP and a future second for Watson

I trade Fletcher for a 3rd rounder

I draft Sauce Gardner, Drake London & a DE

I go LB in the 3rd rounder

Good season boys. I think we all knew we obviously had too many deficits but I give sirianni credit for pulling his head out his ass. Jalen deserves one more year to show what he’s got. I don’t want to move up in the draft I want to use all 3 first rounders. ByrdGang for life. Flower power.

it was an overachieving season...thankful for at least seeing a post season run when there was no expectations that we would...many things that need to happen in the offseason but for now ill sit back and watch the rest of the playoffs and stay even tempered

I don't think he will improve his throwing. He has that bad motion with the long wind up. He is basically Tim Tebow in the NFL.

U can utilize him in your offense but it's gonna take an imaginative head coach.

But I'm willing to rock with Hurts in 2022. Unless Aaron Rodgers is available or something. I just don't think he will really improve as a thrower

Defense rebounded after that early start and kept it a game as long as they could, gotta give Gannon credit for doing that, even with all of Tampas injuries.

Offense was a mess, Bowles had Jalen in a torture rack. Had him doubting everything he saw and hesitating on every throw. Hopefully he learns from this and tackles this offseason head on.

I'm expecting Howie to address WR2 with a proven commodity this offseason, 2022 is gonna be an important year for Jalen and the passing game. It needs to take a significant step forward assuming DeVonta and Goedert get a legitimate 3rd option to compliment them. If it doesn't were gonna be looking for a QB in 2023.

Oh I forgot to mention Gannon needs to go along with reagor. We don’t have talent but the little talent we do have Gannon never put them in a position to succeed. He’s Trash.
QB's stay having record passing days against Gannon's defense:unimpressed:

Statlines like 28/33 for 352 and 4 tubs.:unimpressed:
