We spoke about Gannon needing to finish the season strong after some of those ugly performances early on. I'm glad he got the job done and took advantage of the schedule getting lighter. If Howie can get him a legit safety this offseason (Jessie Bates, Marcus Williams) the defense might be ready to compete with top-tier offenses in 2022.

With him out no chance they losing this one.
I watched them enough this season, Gibson and Logan Thomas are the ones that move the chains for them. Their offense is all about making third down manageable and converting with safe check downs and intermediate throws.
With no Gibson and Thomas, U take away McLaurin with coverage and you don't beat urself with turnovers, WFT is gonna crumble.
