If the packers win out they are the number 1 seed. If we win out and they lose one more game then there would be a two way tie with the packers and then it goes to best divisional record which would be the cowboys, or a 3 way tie with packers or cowboys and some other team and we would get the tie breaker as long as we win out.

As long as the rams, cowboys, and bucs keep winning Dallas can't fall below 2 since if they win out there only conference lost is to the bucs. If it becomes just dallas and the bucs with the same record then the bucs win the tie breaker since it would only be between the two teams and then the thing that decides who gets the higher seed is the head to head.

So yeah the cowboys are not going to be resting anybody or taking any games off since they for sure want that two seed which would give them the lowest seeded playoff teams at home, which would be either the eagles, or saints, or vikings...

I'd rather NOT have to play the eagles 3 times in one season. Even though the cowboys are better all over the field it is hard to beat a team 3 times. Ask the Saints...

With that said...see you in week 18 :shaq:. Eagles will have the playoffs on the line and the cowboys probably going to have either the number 1 or 2 seed on the line :shaq:
There is a very feasible scenario that we can clinch a playoff spot next week..then week 18 we too can play for seeding

All this jumping ahead.

I still don't trust Hurts on the road with such high stakes. We may not even beat the WFT next week, that game is not certain especially after they got embarrassed like that on national TV. Plus playing them twice in three weeks :patrice:. I'm not liking it at first sight.

WFT are either in collapse or they gonna play us real hard. I think it is the latter, Rivera is gonna have them boys ready to play.

It's way more than just being feasible, I think it's the most likely scenario tbh.

Eagles clinch a playoff spot on Sunday if they beat Washington next week and:

The Saints lose tonight
The Viking lose against the Packers in Lambeau
The 49ers beat the Texans

I might fukk around and take a 4-game parlay on that happening because it looks VERY likely. Them Aints are starting a rookie QB on Monday night against a Dolphins squad trying to make the playoffs. Granted they're wrecked by Covid, but so are the Aints.

No way the Vikings beat Green Bay on the road. And the Texans peaked yesterday beating the Chargers. They're not beating San Fran IN San Francisco.

Toughest challenge is Washington, and thanks to Dallas, we'll be playing a team that got Shang Tsung'd on national TV to the point they put up a tougher fight against each other than they did to the opposing team.

:picard:

That Dallas Eagles game is looking like it's gonna be a glorified preaseason game. Both squads might fukk around and pull their starters in the second half.

Bad news about Miles hand but they aren't putting him on IR. Jordan's injury seems minor. So it's back to Jordan, Boston and Kenny if Miles can't go. This is the power of having running back by committee and not putting all your eggs into one running back. We have a monster running game because Jalen, Miles, Jordan, Boston and even Kenny can all breakout at any moment. But it seems he has a broken bone in his hand. That clearly will effect his catching but that doesn't mean he won't be able to run it. He's definitely out this week for sure.

Miles isn't great in the passing game anyways

What's crazy about the rb situation. Miles had a first good game vs atl but Gainwell was the goaline back and 3rd down back during this time and Scott can't get snaps and howard is on the PS

Miles gets injured and instead of Kenny g show, Howard and Scott goes off during this time. Miles then comes back to the new flower power offense and he posts back to back best yardage games

I've never seen a time where 4 different RBs has had big moments in one season, it's truly :dwillhuh: and :blessed:
