I'm dead serious...I thought this was well known. Even a medical doctor will tell you black people don't fair well in the cold, as one did when I got hypothermia.

Another thing I see living in the South whites and even Hispanics kind of Shame black people out of public spaces. I could imagine what it could be like going to school down here. The atmospherics down here are terrible.

I agree with this however I believe that a homeless person in the Northeast (NY, Philly, Baltimore etc) is much more worse off than one in Florida simply because of the terrain, climate etc
In Philly homeless people can be a Target for dumbass young people looking to fukk with random people
At least in Florida they don't have to worry about sleeping outside in 0° weather with no blankets

I've been here for a long time. Compared to other places I've lived accept my hometown Philadelphia, PA.
Like I said in another post the overall atmospherics in this State sucks.
A lot of motherfukers down here that have been shot to death of North found in the alley are walking around here like they run shyt. Especially with the Latinos and redneck motherfukkers.
