I mean truthfully Flash should be one of the few heroes on these shows with a much smaller cast. They need to try to start getting Barry to the mature intelligent Flash already

The show definitely won't be the same without Cisco and Caitlin, they've been there since the start.

The problem with making Barry too intelligent/mature is that he would beat all the villains too easily.
Speedsters are OP
so they have to do something to stop them from beating everybody in 5 seconds.
