reversing time for an hour is her power. she did it with the satellite and in her fight against barry. she doesn't actually travel through time ..she reverses it.

then again her being in 2018/19 for so long should trigger a time wraith..

It's weird to say because it's all fake... but Barry looks dope as shyt running. You really get the feeling he's moving as fast as they say he is. This fine bytch looks like she's ice skating.

Also I think its bad writing because cicada is NOT THAT menacing unlike the other flash villains.
