I don't know why the BBB stans keep complaining about haters. His whole marketing shtick has been about being polarizing and controversial. This is what he wants. Whether you're talking shyt about him or for him, he just wants the attention. Everyone from the Kardashians to Octomom has used this tactic and it has various degrees of success obviously. So present some alternatives.
I can post my shoe closet and show you a lot of money spent on those legacy brands. I have on Chanel sneakers that cost a bunch more than #BBB as I type, they provide no extra comfort or wow factor, they don't get me from my upstairs to the pool faster and the leather isnt made from angel calf skin. I have had incredible items from the legacy brands and had a few I feel weren't worth the money. Like anything else in life something is only worth what someone will pay for it.
In middle school I spent $500 dollars on crewnecks with Micky Mouse and Goofy on them because they were Iceberg. fukking cartoon characters on sweaters. were they worth it, hell no. I don't blame them for getting it, because if someone will pay for it then it would be stupid not to sell it.
I just see a lot of strawman arguments being made and I don't understand why the negativity. It seems to be a pattern at this point whenever someone introduces an idea that shakes the established norm that people immediately attack them and attempt to discredit what they are doing.
Just imagine if Apple listened to all the naysayers when they said they would enter the mobile phone market, we would never have FaceTime and the way the world is connected now would be drastically different.
I like that
LOL @ not understanding the negativity....bruh its pretty self explanatory at this point....if you cannot see how the father is trying to eat off the son then I don't know what to tell you??....you can make the argument that Nike, Adidas, Under Armour etc. would all try and do the same....but he (Lavar Ball) is fukking with his sons money plain and simple all because he feels he should be compensated.....that is total bullshyt!.......So present some alternatives.

broke boyI really wanna support but they're not hot enough for the price.
Oh and I don't $500 to blow on kicks.
the BBB slides are $220I can multiple pair of his shoes if I wanted. I'm not hurtin over here.
I'm speaking from a common sense standpoint. Gucci doesn't kick people out of their stores just b/c everybody is not spending $1,000 each time they walk in the door.
Gucci is welcoming the people spending $300. They dont tell you, "our store/brand is not for you". Maybe these $800 shoes aren't for you, but this $300 shirt is.
Whereas, Lavar is saying his entire brand is not for you.
That's dumb. You don't turn away ALL business just b/c someone doesn't buy your highest priced product.
Understand???
The swap meet duh....
i respect what lavar is doing but it's unfortunate that militants are hijacking his vision to turn it into something that he never said it was about.
lavar never said he was doing big baller brand for black people, he's just a dad who wants to capitalize on his kids success and make sure he and his kids are the only beneficiary of it. and that's commendable.
leave the "support black businesses" talking points or calling people c00ns who don't support it shyt out of it.
buy the shyt because you like the shyt or you like lavar or lonzo, because i have a feeling lavar gonna do some shyt down the line to show you dudes he aint as "pro-black" as yall think he is.

Uh....yes we can....how many shoe companies declined on this nikka????....please elaborate for me how that isn't fukking with your child's money???...We can't say he is fukking with his sons money like that. What if this is a family thing? How do we know Lonzo doesn't want to be a part of all this?
Lonzo like 20, right? he isn't some 11 yr old. He can make his own decisions. He can go to back to Nike and addias if hes a star and BBB doesn't work out.
Yeah, I don't understand the negativity. They're just running a business.
But but you hating ??lol these arguments for how lavar ball is doing this for the culture are ridiculous . He's doing it for himself and fsmily that's it !! Which is fine but unless he makes something I like I'm not supporting him same with any other brand , and there is a reason why brands look at the marketability of their spokespeopleI can multiple pair of his shoes if I wanted. I'm not hurtin over here.
