Ownership means exactly what it says... you're the OWNER. If you're asking for a company to fund your "company" you're not an owner, you're an employee. If Nike had accepted that deal, Lavar would be a Nike employee.
You can call it whatever you want, but it for fukk sure ain't OWNERSHIP.
