I’m at the last crystal.

I gotta say, I’m glad I made a comment on Shiva’s Diamond Dust because it’s so fukkin OP.

I’m having so much fun fighting all these dudes getting to the last crystal.



I just got spoiled from here, but it’s ok because I’m taking a minute to finish the game.



A sad ending is something I definitely do not want to hear at all and might make me rate the game lower if it’s too sad.

I’ll probably beat it either tomorrow or inna few days because I got hella side quests left and I’m sure a few hunts too.

Edit: Man, I am going through it and can’t stop thinking of all the possibilities of how bad the ending will be. Imma think about it until I beat the game.

Wrapping up the last few side quests before the last battle and again the storylines in this one are the best in the series

I’m at like 60 hours right now from doing the side content as it rolls out and reading all the lore they did a fantastic job with this. Sorry Zelda but this game is my favorite

Edit: Inconvenient Truth side quest REALLY resonates with what’s going on today in America that’s all I’ll say

Just finished the game and I gotta say it’s fukkin beautiful this shyt resonated with me in a way I won’t say because I don’t want to spoil the story. My girl is balling out tears because how my life resonates with the end


The music and story is A1 not a perfect game but overall I thoroughly enjoyed the fukk outta this I could careless what a FF purist gotta say 8-15 ain’t fukkin with 16

Coming back to play more of this game tonight. Maybe I'll start New Game Plus finally, still a few things I want to do first though.

Final Fantasy 16 to me is like Top Gun: Maverick was last year.

Other movies may have higher scores/acclaim and won big awards, but Top Gun: Maverick was the best movie that year - like Final Fantasy XVI this year.

I thought as a fight it was very fun. Was pretty dope to see them face off one eikon power at a time and the attack patterns were fair.

Just finished my second playthrough, this game is absolutely incredible. Clive life is so tragic I am trying to think of a FF protagonist with even more of a tragic life. They can’t just leave this world as is, they need to revisit it. I wouldn’t even mind a FF16 part 2.

I'm getting overwhelmed with all the sidequests that keeps popping up. Feels like whenever the story gets going, a bunch of side quests come up when you want to naturally keep pushing for the main quest.

clive is a vessel meant to restore ultima to his supreme form (the one that we see in the murals with all the Eikons) Ifrit being awoken was part of Ultima’s plan to get Clive to eventually confront the other Eikons, kill them, and absorb them. The person that Clive saw in the hood in thte beginning was slepnir acting on behalf of Barnabas, acting on behalf of Ultima

I'm getting overwhelmed with all the sidequests that keeps popping up. Feels like whenever the story gets going, a bunch of side quests come up when you want to naturally keep pushing for the main quest.

The pacing is not ideal. The first 10 or so hours I was DYING for a side quest or some excuse for exploration. Then towards the end, when the story is firing on all cylinders and shyt is happening in the world... You get flooded with quests and hunts. Strange

thats the million dollar question. Either it’s cut content or it will end up as DLC somehow, thats not the only representation of Leviathan either, its in other artwork and marketing as well
