It mind as well be exclusive because nobody(especially not FF7 fans) is gonna sit around and wait for a XB1 version. Besides ain't no Final Fantasy fans on Xbox anyway. The lionshare of the fan-base is on PlayStation. FF Type-0 HD had like 70% of its sales on PS4.

It seemed like this rumour would pop up every year? I'd think it was a no brainer to release this...the only RPG I've ever saw get talked about half as much would be chrono trigger. I remember playing it on my modded Xbox too...7 was a huge deal.

its going to xbox. why would they announce that SF5 is only for ps4 and pc right off the back but not do it here? they arent going to say something like that at e3, gotta use common sense

its a remake..

it should take 3 at most..

they just have to redesign everything but everything is layed out..
they will probably add a lot of stuff therefore the extra year but they wont go 4 for many reasons.

-it doubles the financial burden
-it locks designers far too long out of other projects
-hype can die down

only way it takes this long is if they have another FF on the way

Which is why FFXV is supposed to drop next year.
