So far Coli has shown it will take the franchise with the best movie over a franchise with more consistent quality

I can watch the first three Die Hard movies whenever and be all into the story. Also I can marathon the whole series and enjoy even the "bad" ones.

Fast and the Furious I just can't get into them. The first one was cool when I was young but my taste have changed a bit. To me, for the ones I have seen, they have been consistently

I agree with that logic, as long as there is more than one "really good" movie. That's why I can't pick "The Matrix" franchise head-to-head against most others.

I'm too late, but Die Hard all day. I can only watch those FF joints once before the novelty wears off.

Die Hard for me. No other action series used black actors better in non-goofy roles. Al Powell, Zeus, Barnes, Theo, Argyle, all played pivotal roles in the story and didn't come off wack. The last two Die Hard films did not happen in my world.
