When they make TV cover art do they just have the characters walk onto pre-made templates?

Felt exactly like a scene off Empire if I’m not mistaking even had sinister music then cut to commercial after

it's a rather blatantly obvious attempt to do exactly that, just in the fact that they cast both the characters from that show

This is evident in the character shots in the promo art looking like stand-ins or alternative shots for that other show, they literally have nothing about them that indicates that they are NOT reprising that chatacter

Good watch.

Loved seeing all the great black actors in one project. Not sure how they pulled that off but would love to see them do it again.

Even with the milquetoast ending this was still an 8/10. Very rare to see this much Black excellence on screen.
