I haven't commented too much on this but lets be real folks... Brown parents failed him. I thought this was simply a friendly kid that didn't have a record or get in trouble but even if he didn't he was well on his way based on that video. And now that his friend admitted he did in fact steal from the store and act reckless in front of the clerk it destroys one of the major defense angles that he was good nonviolent kid. Sure you can get technical and say the two incidents are not related but in reality it does bring into question his temperament.
Every eye witness said brown and the officer got into a scuffle before he was shot running away... nothing justifies the cops actions BUT we already know how cops treat black men when given a reason. Brown should have known that too.. His parents never instilled in him that as a black man in America you are always a target. If you give them an inch they will take a foot. I'm glad my pops schooled me on this early. You never let your guard down or get comfortable in this racist white mans country. The deck is stacked against black men and we don't get second chances. I'm not saying its right, I'm not saying its fair, but at some point blacks gotta realize we are living behind enemy lines... until that changes we cant be complacent. I was taught this and I thank my parents every day cause I didn't fall into the traps many other kids did thinking they were free. The laws are not made for us. Michael browns actions that day indicate he was sleeping and unfortunately his wake up call cost him his life. So yeah after all is said and done, the cop hopefully may still be found guilty.. but brown will still be dead. That's not justice..

i'm trying to influence a jury's decision. breh i'm just telling you what most people are thinking after seeing that tape. there wasn't even a tape or any indication that trayvon was a bad kid and even people on the jury thought dude was a hoodlum
am i hearing this right that the Chief Wiggum is NOW saying that the Officer knew about the robbery, saw the cigarellos, and made the connection???
