am i hearing this right that the Chief Wiggum is NOW saying that the Officer knew about the robbery, saw the cigarellos, and made the connection???

On television people are saying that the police chief is incompetent because he has had three different explanations to the supposed robbery. I don't think it's incompetence, he's just trying to cover shyt up and switch the narrative. He is a criminal. He should be charged with malfeasance. None of the documents that should be made public have been made public. No autopsy, no incident report. Nothing that would give the public a clear picture of what happened. I hope they get that bytch out of there.

Yeah this shyt is moving to some he said she said shyt. Now he knew about the robbery? How can we determine that he knew about that when he stopped them two dudes? The waters are muddy as fk all of the sudden. Even the incident report really won't mean shyt cause another officer could of easily told Wilson that the two were involved in a robbery thus making it easy to put that into his story.
