is it stupid to hold on to some little amount of hope that jury will do the right thing, knowing damn well that they wont send this shyt to trial?

justice is an extinct word in this world today

Eh, to be honest I'm not sure what'd be worse - it not going to trial in the first place, or it actually going to trial for show and then him being found not guilty. Fukked up either way though.

It's pretty hard to imagine that dude will end up being convicted either way.

I think people glancing over the aggression is what bothers me most. That show of force is okay to most Americans. It's truly disturbing.
I've said it before...they think it's justified because the people that are at the receiving end of the aggression are black.

Or they've just been brainwashed into accepting it...because they'd rather pay attention to a naked Kim kardashian and the Ebola scare...or whatever else that distracts Americans from paying attention to pressing matters on the homefront. It sickens me.

FBI Warns Ferguson Decision ‘Will Likely’ Lead to Violence By Extremists Protesters

As the nation waits to hear whether a Missouri police officer will face charges for killing unarmed teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., the FBI is warning law enforcement agencies across the country that the decision “will likely” lead some extremist protesters to threaten and even attack police officers or federal agents.

Peaceful protesters could be caught in the middle, and electrical facilities or water treatment plants could also become targets. In addition, so-called “hacktivists” like the group “Anonymous” could try to launch cyber-attacks against authorities.

“The announcement of the grand jury’s decision … will likely be exploited by some individuals to justify threats and attacks against law enforcement and critical infrastructure,” the FBI says in an intelligence bulletin issued in recent days. “This also poses a threat to those civilians engaged in lawful or otherwise constitutionally protected activities.”

i honestly think no indictment is worse just for the simple fact that they dont think wilson didnt do anything wrong. at least with a trial we would be able to hear what the prosecution and defense say. either way him not being in jail is a crime.
