Third grade. Was living in the burbs at the time and there weren't that many black people at my school. Skinny black chick named Monique walked into class, probably favored a young Kelly Rowland if my memory serves me correctly. I was like, "who is this...?"

I moved away in second grade, and when i came back in highschool. She was already on kid number 2 and taller than me.

I was 5 and had a crush on my kindergarten teacher. She had a soft ass voice. Used to love when she’d read at nap time. I had my first little girlfriend in the 1st or 2nd grade. We were one of like 6 black kids at my elementary, so we gravitated towards each other. She pretty much demanded I be her boyfriend, and told everyone I was hers lol. My mama still jokes about that with me till this day, and kept all the letters she wrote me
