Yeah the people that steal from our kids' future (education) are lower life than most street thugs in my eyes. I wouldn't mind a massive forensic audit and clearing out of the dead weight for these funds to be handed over. Put their faces on the news and dump them in jail 5-10 years and this will stop quick.

My point is that all of these schools should be audited and the government needs to do a better job of doing so. Not to mention, they should have been on these states neck from the beginning to prevent these type of situations from happening.

I never said that it didn't matter. What I said is that shouldn't be surprising if you don't put those type of expectations on people in the first place.
