Elon himself receives massive amount of money from the federal government through contracting.
There is a very low chance that federal contracting will be impacted bigly by this.
I do feel the civil servants will be impacted majorly if he does do what he says he will do.
Anyone familiar with that space, the most stupid, inadequate, inefficient practices and people exist within the federal government.
I hope they can cut as much fat as they are able.
If you are not familiar with this sector you should not speak on it.
Look at this both side nikka in denial. Mafukkas telling you what they gonna do and you :whoa:. This nikka finna blame this on Democrats in a minute too watch. "Welll if Kamala wasn't out here making collard greens with Beyonce...." :russ:

A lot of black folks are already moving towards trades instead of corporate work.

Are you retarded? Don’t you realize govt work spans all industries? Do you know how many tradesmen are employed/contracted by government to maintain government buildings, build roads and bridges, construction etc.

Knock off the faux militant shyt.

White collar work if you want to get specific. You still pushing a desk job with a boss.
As opposed to your boss being what your client? You still have a boss without the steps. A plumber still has to get hired. You're not making any point.

We have 20 black plumbers and 20 black HVAC guys that's gonna still leave some people not making money cause whose gonna hire all of them expect a big corporation?

Man I think people are just talking at this point. A bunch of brick layers with delusions of economic structure.

That’s a myth. I’ve worked with big private companies and Fed govt clients and there is no notable difference in the talents/performance of Fortune 500 and federal employees.

Fed just moves slower because of red tape, but the actual quality of people is roughly the same.

The Air Traffic Controller union thought this when Reagan came in until he fired them all. That's why they want to Schedule F everyone...
Yeah PATCO got gutted but they overexerted themselves to an extent and called Reagan’s bluff and lost

Current union wants nothing to do with this current admin and is trying to extend the current contract. Idk if that’s even gonna be possible or not tho

For sure those in my building have kinda came to the conclusion that no big raises are gonna be available, and we are probably gonna lose some protections.. I was fully expecting a 5-10% raise increase cause everyone in the aviation industry was… now I’m just hoping we keep what we have
