Does this have to be all or nothing?
Meaning could this get to the point where it becomes a states right issue whether or not the particular state accepts the forgiveness for schools in said state
Seems like Biden has a strong case for federally being able to do this with only Republican states challenging via their circuit courts

Appeals are a dead end. All the high courts are Republican. The whole relief program was just put to sleep.:francis:





It's worth noting that this is an interesting case study for any future reperations bills. Effectively, if republicans don't support it , it will be shot down.
Isn't the dc 1st circuit court democratic leaning?

Biden needs to up the ante to 20-50K now, or better yet, wipe it out completely. They wanna cry about the 10k, then give their thin-skinned, fragile, oppressive asses something to REALLY be upset about.
