Damn Duck really got killed in the nice part of town if your c00n ass was in the area.
Sorry to say it but I'm going to say it solely based on what I have been witness to over the past few years following Chicago gang violence. In 48 hours tops, everyone will know exactly who is responsible for this brazen broad daylight shooting that happened today from said individuals social media page/youtube account.

Maybe it's some logistical limitations in that area i'm not aware of but why were the cops standing around when dude was clearly shot yet still moving? 
In my city when the cops pull up on a shooting victim they don't even wait for the ambulance, they put the person in the back of the patrolcar and bring them to the hospital
From the videos I saw dude was moving normally at first like he was clearly conscious. Who knows if that means he would have made it but waiting another 10-15 minutes ain't going help
