The Cool was the album that certified me as a Lupe fan...the fact he based almost the entire album on the premise of "The Cool" story from Food and Liquor was genius in itself.

The Cool will always be my favorie Lupe album. Too many great songs in one album despite the incoherent sound the Cool has.

The first Food & Liquor had a couple songs, and F&L2 is too early to call it, but it could very well be my favorite Lu album.
