Only reason Toriyama gave Super Saiyans blonde hair and blue eyes was because his inker got tired of coloring in Goku's hair in every panel. In fact, he originally intended for them to have red eyes.

Only problem with the Ocean dub was the heavy censorship other than that it was

My fav voices to this day are on the Ocean dub. I still remember how pissed I was the day I came home from school and heard the Funimation dub voices
