I dunno what ya'll trippin about. My brother and I had beds but during the summer we'd pile every free blanket in the house on the floor in our family room and sleep there on weekends. Like others said up all night playing video games, and watching movies.

Myself personally, i like to sleep wherever i at when i start feeling sleepy. When i'm single you can find me sleeping at random places all throughout the house. I might be the basement on a recliner, in the living room on a couch, on the back porch in the rocking chair, or just in my bed. I don't why i just like doing that.
Girlfriends always have a problem with that though, so right now i always sleep in bed.

That said, as a daddy, if i found my kid sleeping randomly somewhere, i'd pick her up and take her to her bed.

My husband hates this. I have no problem sleeping on the couch or outside on the furniture. I just get comfortable and just be like fukk it

When you have kids, you realize not everything is neglect. Kids want to do kid things. Build a fort with couch cushions and blankets, sleep in their sleeping bags, sleep downstairs rather than in their rooms. If you have more than one kid and they have separate rooms, when they're young they'll see it as some sort of treat or event to 'sleepover' in one of the other kids room for a night.
