I grew up with long ass hair. A nikka stayed with plats or cornrows. My moms hated that shyt. Too much of a stereotype back then. So, one day, I had my hair in a lil bush (just took it out), she snuck up behind me and cut that shyt with scissors. I yanked away at first, but the damage was mostly done, so I let her finish. That whole thing forced me to go get a cesar. Now that I look back, I'm glad she did that shyt.

I feel you on that, but I don't know how his house hold functions. However, if that was my son, I'd figure out a way for either myself, or my wife to escort him to school. Until he gets enough sense to do the right thing.

Also, when buying him new clothes, I wouldn't just force shyt on him. I'd let him pick shyt out, that I think is appropriate. Compromising would be the key.
