This game can be bought now on pc without worry that it is broken.

Edit: apparently I spoke to soon. It's only fixed with certain GPUs, mine luckily being one of them It still stutters for a lot of people. Maybe pc gamers should still hold off

Just rented this and I live it so far. There's so much to do in this game, I lose time just roaming around and hunting. Had to throw destiny in the bushes despite the dlc release.

Yeah, I've learned my lesson. This year has been especially bad for pc games.

You'll be fine. You're not sli. Most people say the stutter has been fixed. It was fixed for me. Some people say it made it worse, but I think they're in the minority or their system is fukked up. There's a bad memory leak in patch 1.5 though, so if you only have 8gb ram, your performance will suffer greatly as time goes on. Ubi acknowledged the issue and said they will fix it in the next patch. So either you play in short bursts (cuz I think you only have 8gb ram) or wait for patch 1.6. They fix one thing but break another.

Nvidia probably has to step in for the sli shyt. The sad part about all of this is that this is an nvidiaworks game and it's fukked up in sli. I've been real dissapointed with Nvida this year. Their exclusive games are all fukked up with sli. They used to be so good I might go AMD if the Titan IIs turn out to be shyt like the Titan Blacks.

Finally copped on Friday, haven't put it down since. Sure it's familiar but it's also much better than 3 and the level of immersion in Kyrat is higher.
