Remember when these dudes thought they turned a corner when they traded for jalen rose :dead:

But seriously there's legit reasons to be optimistic

Just don't be shocked and heartbroken if it does not happen. We are asking a group of dudes who really ain't never done shyt to do something miraculous. We just gotta hope melo like thibs rose Noah jimmy and taj that much cause if it's about the front office you run as far away as you can cause they will surround you with Drew gooden and cj miles and mid season say " we like this core" even when it's showing clear weaknesses

I remember that game where we set the all time record low for points scored in a game.
The Bulls only scored 49 points in a game vs the Miami Heat played on April 10, 1999 in Miami, Florida. Miami won the game, 82-49.
In that game, the Chicago Bulls made just 18 of 77 shots. That's a shooting percentage of just .234. Toni Kukoc made just four out of 16 shots he took in the game (.250), which is actually a higher shooting percentage than the team had.

Four Bulls players missed every shot they took in the game. Keith Booth went 0-6, while Mark Bryant, Corey Benjamin and Charles Jones all missed the three shots they each took for the Bulls.

The Chicago Bulls missed all nine three-point shots they took in the game, and made only 13 of the 24 (.542) free throws they took. In scoring 49 points, the Bulls were led in scoring by the immortal Kornel David, who scored 13 points. Kornel David played three seasons in the NBA, and retired with a 5.0 points per game average.
:heh:brehs seriously during this era we might've had the worst roster the NBA had ever seen

But, according to a league source, the Timberwolves are prepared to wait out the draft and instead focus on Plan B — taking advantage of the aftermath of the Carmelo Anthony sweepstakes. “There are going to be some teams left at the altar, and that is a good time to make a deal,” the source said.

Specifically, two teams known to be in the mix for Anthony’s services this summer, Chicago and Houston, are also considering the possibility of separately pursuing Love. Anthony is expected to make a decision on his free agent destination relatively quickly. That means that, by the end of the first week of July, either the Bulls or Rockets could be left empty-handed — or both, should Anthony return to New York.

While the preference would be to make a deal that brings back a good young player and at least one good pick in this year’s draft, the Timberwolves can also afford to wait, because both the Rockets and Bulls have attractive young pieces on the roster.

A Bulls offer would center around Taj Gibson, but could include developing wing Tony Snell and either player (or both) the Bulls land with the Nos. 16 and 19 picks. Chicago has also been looking to move up in the draft, which would potentially make their offer to Minnesota better.

The Rockets, too, have much to offer, starting with center Omer Asik, but including young big men Donatas Motiejunas and Terrence Jones. The Rockets have a spate of intriguing young guards, too, including Patrick Beverley, Isaiah Canaan and Troy Daniels, plus the 25th pick in this year’s draft.

All of this is not to say the Wolves won’t find a deal on Thursday night. It is entirely possible, of course, that the potential trade with Golden State is resuscitated, with Harrison Barnes taking the place of Klay Thompson in the offer. And teams like Boston, Denver and the Lakers are still holding out hope that, somehow, the Wolves will be more willing to listen to offers for their lottery picks and future assets.

But with the Anthony sweepstakes looming, the Timberwolves are in position to let draft night slide without pulling the trigger on a Love deal.

Shifting gears to Melo, you can probably tell I don’t think he’s staying with the Knicks. I think the Bulls make sense as the frontrunners and it wouldn’t be hard for them to make room. If they have to deal their 16th and 19th picks along with Carlos Boozer, then that would probably help them avoid amnestying him.

The Rockets are probably number two on that list, but they would absolutely rather have Kevin Love or LeBron. Their scheme of not taking mid-range jumpers doesn’t fit in for Melo and it would really hurt what James Harden could do. I could also see the Warriors or Clippers making a case to get Melo, as well. We all know his wife is a fan of the spotlight, so the Clippers make sense.

There would be nothing wrong wit the bulls moving up and drafting staukas or harris or if not keep both picks and drafting payne and james young/napier.:camby: boozer then signing gordon hayward, and mirotic.Resign kirk and have a deep squad wit multiple weapons like the spurs.
