Fallout 2 still i feel is the best out of the series, may start a new character before 4 comes out.

For you or anyone interested in playing it again, visit killap.net and download the Restoration patch that adds dialogue, content, and npcs that were left out of the game. Also it fixes bugs that were never fixed.

Can i make my character black? Can i change the controls? How about a graphic update, cause fallout 2 looks like an atari game...it looks like it runs on the virtual boy. Looks like a port to the OG game boy with no color.

All it is is a xbox one, 1 TB hdd, and the game, (and an old copy of Fallout 3) the system is not customized as far as exterior goes... If you already have a PS4 your wasting your time dude..
