I walked up to it, but it won't hang up. I tried transfer, but it doesn't work. I just left it next to the power armor station. Hope nobody steals it

It won't hang up until you hit craft power armor, otherwise it stays where you took it off, but if its under the rack you should get a craft power armor prompt.

You can find different arms and helmets etc

I did the code and it now says that both my lock picking and hacking perks are fully unlocked, but when I try to unlock a master lock it says my skill isn't high enough

Not sure what to tell you then. I've unlocked multiple master locks. I was able to pick the lock on the cryo gun in vault 111 before i was 3

I'm confused about power armor too. Where do I put it in Sanctuary? I'm still trying to build my settlement, and I even watched that tutorial video, but I'm still confused. How do I do it brehs?

There should be one in a house that is really a garage. It says something like power armor rack. You get close to it, exit power armor, then go up to it and press A to modify the power armor. When you do that it will automatically put it on the rack.

There is also one at the Red Rocket place, where you find dog.

Dude in sanctuary tried to steal mine last night.

My wife lost a set of power armor cause a raider stole it. She killed him but it would not give her the option to loot it back ...not sure if it is a glitch or intended to work this way

Game runs for the most part fine but gets a little stuttery inside places, anyone know what that is or if it can be resolved?

I'm running on high settings, my cpu is a 3670k and gpu is a gtx 770 with 16gb ram

Did you try this?

If you have an Nvidia card, Go into the task manager and disable "Nvidia streamer service"

shyt was killing my FPS.

I was able to up my settings and now I getting no drops whatsoever.

Also turn down God rays, they seem to be the biggest performance killers.

i already have done that and it actually did smooth things out, it's weird my frame rate doesn't even say it drops but there's definitely like a stutter inside certain places

The junk is useful you might consider leaving it inside a workstation through the transfer and once you need to build stuff it will always be in "IT's" inventory...
